Application Process

Applications for the 2026-2027 school year are now being accepted. If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 301-649-3555 or by email.

Admissions for all programs are submitted using the online platform FACTS.  Please begin the process as early as possible to ensure full consideration of your application. Applications are reviewed once all documents have been submitted and the application fee has been received. Admissions notifications are confirmed by email.

Application Steps

1.  Create an account of FACTS if you are new to our school. 
2. Complete the FACTS on-line application form using 'Apply Now' button above.
3. For K-7, Submit the following required documents through FACTS:  
   • Birth certificate.
   • Baptismal Certificate if baptized Catholic.
   • Years of report cards.
   • 2 years of standardized test scores.
   • IEP/504 Plan, Educational Evaluation, if applicable.
4. Submit a $300 non-refundable application fee.
5. Students applying to grades K-7  must complete a shadow visit, appointment required.

New families may apply for financial aid by completing a Financial Aid Application by February 27, 2026.

Upon Acceptance

The following forms are due:

• Enrollment Process completed through FACTS
• Medical Forms ‒ All students new to St. Andrew Apostle School must have completed and submitted their medical forms by August 15, 2026
